Fans eager to see the fallout from the 2025 WWE Royal Rumble were left disappointed when technical difficulties hit Raw.

The 2025 Royal Rumble set a new WWE viewership record with the annual spectacular reaching more fans than ever before, both in the US on Peacock and worldwide on Netflix. Unfortunately, fans looking forward to seeing the aftermath of the event on Raw on Netflix were met with numerous audio and video glitches throughout the night.

Things were at their worst in the final few minutes of the show as CM Punk defeated Sami Zayn to secure a place in the Elimination Chamber. The audio and video feeds kept cutting out as Punk claimed victory and celebrated his win. However, the situation seemed to be resolved by the time Kevin Owens launched a brutal attack on Sami Zayn, leaving his on-again off-again friend lying in the ring to close the show.

While some thought the problem might be on the Netflix end, there has also been speculation that the issues came from WWE’s own live feed as the Netflix logo remained on screen throughout the issues.

CM Punk Joins John Cena At WWE Elimination Chamber

With his victory on Raw, CM Punk is officially part of the Elimination Chamber match at the eponymous event in Toronto, Canada on March 1st. While the Voice of the Voiceless now has another opportunity to reach the main event of WrestleMania 41, he will have tough competition, with John Cena having already announced his participation in the bout. The reality that his career is coming to an end has now hit John Cena hard, and the 16-Time World Champion has decided it’s “best for business” for him to main event WrestleMania and claim a record-breaking 17th World Title.
