WWE Raw Heading To Saudi Arabia
WWE is taking its flagship show to Saudi Arabia.
It’s been announced that an episode of Monday Night Raw will be held in Saudi Arabia for the first time. The episode is set to be taped on November 3rd before being broadcast on November 4th. The taping will take place 24 hours after Crown Jewel.
The announcement was made by the Chairman of Saudi Arabia’s General Entertainment Authority, Turki Alalshikh.
The WWE CROWN JEWEL & RAW show, set to take place over two consecutive days, This event will be one of the global events hosted by Riyadh Season this year, carrying on its annual tradition featuring a stronger lineup of wrestlers within the most powerful, comprehensive, and diverse entertainment season in the world.
Earlier in 2024, SmackDown was held in the Kingdom for the first time on May 24th prior to King and Queen of the Ring. The company is currently touring Europe ahead of Bash In Berlin on August 31st.
Back in May, Turki Alalshikh suggested he was in talks with WWE about taking the Royal Rumble to Saudi Arabia in 2026 or 2027.

WWE Performance Center Won’t Be Moving
Despite initial reports suggesting it’s heading to Las Vegas, the WWE Performance Center is set to remain in Orlando, Florida.
According to Fightful Select, the rumoured announcement from Mark Shapiro simply didn’t happen. The report cited one source who reached out quickly to say it didn’t happen unless there was another meeting held. Other sources noted that there was no announcement from the TKO Group COO.
Dave Meltzer noted that Shapiro had mentioned expansion in Las Vegas, but didn’t suggest the Performance Center would be moving.
