WWE Possibly Changing Money In The Bank In 2023
WWE Money in the Bank could soon change in a big way.
It has been claimed that World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) are holding discussions about possibly moving Money in the Bank matches to WrestleMania where it all started.
WrestleMania 21 would be the first time that a MITB ladder match would be held, and that would last until 2010 when WWE launched a Premium Live Event for its MITB brand.
Despite the success of the PLE, however, the company is considering moving Money in the Bank back to WrestleMania, just having matches rather than a full spectacle surrounding the briefcases.
After reports started surfacing that Triple H wanted to get rid of Premium Live Events that are gimmicky, many in the WWE Universe began speculating that the Money in the Bank brand would return to WrestleMania, and from the looks of it, they could be right.
GiveMeSport would have an exclusive conversation with WrestleVotes, and the latter would report that talks about moving MITB back to WrestleMania are “alive” within the promotion.
“Putting Money in the Bank on WrestleMania, one night women’s and one night men’s is something I’ve heard. I know since Hunter has taken over, the idea of one night women and one night men is alive.”
