WWE Planning For WrestleMania Without The Rock
WWE is making plans for a WrestleMania without The Rock.
The Rock played a pivotal role in the road to WrestleMania 40, first appearing to be on a collision course with Roman Reigns before making a U-turn and allying with his cousin against Cody Rhodes instead. While Rhodes defeated Reigns to finally finish his story on the second night of the annual spectacular, The Final Boss stood tall over The American Nightmare the night before, pinning him to win a blockbuster tag match.
On the Raw after WrestleMania, The People’s Champion made it clear that he plans to target Cody Rhodes when he returns to the company, sparking speculation that the two would clash in the main event of the 2025 edition of The Showcase Of The Immortals. However, it has since been reported that The Rock is not scheduled to appear at WrestleMania 41.
While The Great One has since blasted those claims as “bulls**t,” Dr. Chris Featherstone of Sportskeeda has reported that the company is now moving forward with creative plans assuming that he won’t be at the show.
“WWE has decided to move forward in creative plans as if The Rock will not appear at #WrestleMania 41, as of now. I have been informed that these plans could “change at any moment,” and WWE is definitely interested in using him if he becomes available, but he is not currently scheduled to compete.”
Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful confirmed the news, saying that although the star can “ultimately do what he wants,” the report is correct.
I see a bunch of people posting The Rock's Instagram comments from months ago in his replies.
He's the Rock and ultimately he can do what he wants, but this post is correct and has been for quite a while. https://t.co/QbCwbC6b8S

The Rock Had A Great Time At WrestleMania 40
During a recent interview, The Rock reflected on his WrestleMania 40 appearances. The Brahma Bull said getting in the ring with Rhodes, Reigns, and Seth Rollins was “wild,” and admitted there was no feeling like seeing the crowd go crazy when his music hits.
