WWE’s Plan For Charlotte Flair At WrestleMania 41 Revealed

Charlotte Flair

Charlotte Flair is no stranger to being in a title match at WrestleMania.

After missing 13 months with a torn ACL, MCL, and meniscus in her left knee that required surgery and a lengthy rehab process, Charlotte Flair made her return to WWE during the Women’s Royal Rumble match in Indianapolis.

Flair entered the match as the #27 entrant and made it to the final three with NXT’s Roxanne Perez and Nia Jax, who eliminated the most women in the match. Flair dumped Jax over the top to the floor and went on to eliminate Perez as well.

By winning the Women’s Royal Rumble for the second time, Charlotte Flair gets to challenge a Women’s Champion at WrestleMania 41 in Las Vegas. The last time Flair won the Rumble in 2020, she chose NXT Women’s Champion Rhea Ripley. Choosing the NXT winner this time seems unlikely.

The options for Flair would be the WWE Women’s Champion Tiffany Stratton on SmackDown or the Women’s World Champion Rhea Ripley on Raw.

It has been reported by Fightful Select that Charlotte planned to win the WWE Royal Rumble and was slated to challenge Tiffany Stratton at WrestleMania 41 as well.

An interesting stat about Charlotte Flair’s WrestleMania history is she’s compared at seven WrestleManias and every time she has, she has either walked in as a champion or she has challenged a champion. She’ll get to to that again at WrestleMania 41, likely against Tiffany Stratton.

The Flair-Stratton match has not been made official yet, but WWE could confirm it soon.

Charlotte Flair And Andrade Have Divorced

There has also been some personal news regarding Charlotte Flair because it was reported by TMZ that she and her husband Andrade have divorced. The couple started dating in 2019, got married in May 2022 and the divorce became official in October 2024. It is Charlotte’s third divorce.

It was also reported by PWInsider that Charlotte was the one who initiated the divorce proceedings.

While Charlotte has yet to publicly comment on the divorce, she did have fun with fans on social media who may be mad that she won the Royal Rumble again: “Stay happy, sad, little or BIG mad. I’m back!”
