WWE Official Breaks Silence After Night Of Champions Spot: “I’m Alive”
A WWE official has made their first public comment after suffering a nasty attack at Night of Champions.
Night of Champions was a huge night in the WWE calendar as Cody Rhodes captured the King of the Ring crown while Jade Cargill became Queen of the Ring. Those wins ensure that Rhodes and Cargill will be challenging for world championship gold at SummerSlam.
Solo Sikoa captured the WWE US Title from Jacob Fatu with more than a little help from the debuting Hikuleo. But the ex-NJPW star will be known by a very different name in his new wrestling home.
The night’s main event saw CM Punk challenge John Cena for the WWE Championship in a bout mired in controversy. CM Punk had the match won but with the referee knocked out, Seth Rollins, Bron Breakker, and Bronson Reed made their presence felt as Rollins’ quest to screw Punk at every opportunity continued.
Charles Robinson Survives WWE Assault
Seth Rollins called for a referee so he could cash in his Money In The Bank contract, but as Charles Robinson sprinted to the ring, he was viciously tackled by John Cena to stop Rollins’ plan from coming to fruition.
Cena ended up retaining his gold, but now Charles Robinson has broken his silence on social media regarding the viral moment as he simply noted:
I am alive
I am alive
