WWE NXT Invaded By TNA As Wild Brawl Breaks Out

WWE NXT Brawl

WWE has been invaded as TNA stars have finally had enough of the partnership with NXT.

The partnership between WWE and TNA has been on rocky ground ever since Trick Williams captured the TNA World Championship from Joe Hendry. Williams has flaunted the “Trick-NA” era ever since that win, and that has only raised the temperature between WWE and their TNA counterparts.

At NXT Homecoming, Grayson Waller shockingly announced a winner-take-all match pitting Oba Femi against Trick Williams with both the NXT and TNA titles on the line. That was enough for many on the TNA roster as they took to social media to express how unhappy they were with WWE’s control over them.

TNA Invades WWE NXT!

The September 23rd edition of NXT saw Femi and Williams clash, but trouble was lurking as many TNA stars took their seats in the crowd to get an up close and personal look at the match. Mike Santana was even closer to the action as he joined Booker T and Vic Joseph at the announce table.

The match came to a sudden end when Trick Williams slapped Santana, who then retaliated. With the match called off by the referee, the TNA contingent then invaded the ring, and a huge brawl between both rosters then broke out.

Ricky Saints proved that his only loyalty is to himself as he got a good look at the NXT Championship while all hell was breaking loose around him. Oba Femi snatched his title away from Saints, and they will now meet for the gold at No Mercy.
