WWE Has No Plans For Star Despite Contract Expiry Nearing

Another WWE star seems to be moving closer to the exit.

In May it was reported that Dijak’s WWE contract is coming to an end. At the time it was noted the star hadn’t been approached over a new deal, and it seems there hasn’t been much progress.

According to a new report from Fightful Select, there have been “positive preliminary negotiations” but there’s no offer on the table. Dijak, who is being represented by the Paragon Talent Group co-founded by the former Mojo Rawley, is said to be attracting interest outside of WWE, both in and out of wrestling.

The report says Fightful hasn’t heard of any creative plans for the star, and he wasn’t brought to the latest Raw taping on June 3rd when he has been previously. Dijak is said to have been “nothing but professional” while dealing with WWE, and his presence on social media hasn’t gone unnoticed. Those spoken to by Fightful, expect the company to try and retain the star.

Dijak’s contract will expire at the end of June.

Is Chad Gable Staying With WWE?

While Dijack’s contract expires within weeks, Chad Gable could reportedly become a free agent on June 7th.

Gable has been one of WWE’s standout performers for several months, but according to the most recent report on the situation, no new deal has been signed. However, it’s been announced that Gable will challenge Sami Zayn for the International Title at Clash at the Castle on June 15th.

This has led fans to wonder whether a deal has been reached at the 11th hour, only for all involved to keep quiet.
