Mixed Tag Team Match Added To WWE Elimination Chamber

There will be a mixed tag team match taking place at Elimination Chamber following a challenge made by Edge & Beth Phoenix on Raw.

The February 6th edition of WWE Monday Night Raw in Orlando started with Edge & Beth Phoenix delivering a promo. They referenced their long history with The Judgment Day including Extreme Rules last October when they were attacked by Finn Balor, Damian Priest, Dominik Mysterio & Rhea Ripley in a bad way. RIpley giving Phoenix a Conchairto in front of Beth’s husband Edge was a vile move.

At the WWE Royal Rumble, Phoenix got some revenge when she attacked Ripley after Edge was eliminated in the Men’s Rumble match by The Judgment Day.

On the February 6th edition of Raw, Edge and Beth Phoenix delivered a fired-up promo in the ring while summarizing their history with The Judgment Day. That led to the obvious interruption.

The Judgment Day’s Finn Balor, Damian Priest & Dominik Mysterio interrupted the promo leading to an exchange of words. There was no sign of Royal Rumble winner Rhea Ripley because Dominik said she was away doing media appearances for WWE WrestleMania 39.

Beth Phoenix said she can’t fight Ripley on Raw then she should just issue a challenge. Phoenix said she would team up with Edge against Balor and Ripley. Dominik accepted on Ripley’s behalf, so the match was made official after that.

This is not the first Mixed Tag Team Match for Edge & Beth since they defeated The Miz & Maryse at Royal Rumble 2022 as well.
