WWE Star Sends Message To The Kids Who Are Different After Major Win
A WWE superstar has shared an inspiring message to anybody who feels they are different for any reason.
There was a battle royal on the May 6th edition of WWE NXT, where it was announced that the winner would receive an NXT Title match against Oba Femi at the Battleground PLE.
In a match like that, past champions such as Trick Williams or Ethan Page were considered contenders to win, while many people likely thought it might be rising star Je’Von Evans. Instead, Myles Borne from the No Quarter Catch Crew stable got the win to shock the audience.
Before the Battle Royal win, Borne mainly wrestled as a tag team wrestler in NXT, along with tag team partner Tavion Heights. Charlie Dempsey is the group’s leader, and Wren Sinclair is also part of the group.
The team of Borne & Heights has won a battle royal in the past and challenged for the NXT Tag Team Titles, but they haven’t won the gold.
Myles Borne Wants To Inspire WWE Fans
When Myles Borne was born, he was diagnosed by doctors with persistent pulmonary hypertension of the newborn. According to a Fox35 Orlando story about Borne, “it’s a potentially deadly condition where babies don’t adapt to breathing on their own outside the womb.” Borne was put on a ventilator and nearly died as a baby, but somehow, he was able to get through it. Borne and his family consider his survival to be a miracle.
Borne lives his life as a partially deaf man who has joked in the past about how he doesn’t hear voices in his head because he’s partially deaf. That’s a reference to Randy Orton born has a similar look to Orton in his 20s.
Writing on X/Twitter, Borne had an inspiring message for all the kids living with a disability.
May 25th, I’m going to put it all on the line. This is for all the kids who are different. For those who face challenges or have a disability that they think limits them. Nothing limits us. If I can do it, you can too. Let’s ride.
The 26-year-old Borne signed with WWE in 2022, and at NXT Battleground in Tampa, he’ll challenge for the NXT title for the first time.
The next NXT PLE is Battleground on May 25th in Tampa. Here’s the lineup so far:

* NXT Championship: Oba Femi (c) vs. Myles Borne
* NXT Women’s Championship: Stephanie Vaquer (c) vs. Jordynne Grace
* TNA World Championship: Joe Hendry (c) vs. Trick Williams
