WWE Making Seismic Change For WrestleMania
WrestleMania 40 is now in the books and now WWE President Nick Khan is looking to the future with a big change promised for 2025 and beyond.
Cody Rhodes finished his story at WrestleMania 40 when he captured the WWE Championship from Roman Reigns. The two-night event smashed records for the company as The Rock also returned to the ring to headline night one in a massive tag team match.
Now Nick Khan has been talking at the SBJ World Congress of Sports (via Arash Markazi) and noted that WrestleMania 41 will not go head-to-head with the NCAA’s Men’s Final Four basketball tournament and that Las Vegas is still in the running to host the event in 2025.
WWE president Nick Khan wasn’t ready to announce the location of WrestleMania in 2025 just yet but he said you can assume it won’t be in an outdoor East coast stadium again and it won’t go head-to-head with the Final Four again. Las Vegas is one of the cities under consideration.

The NCAA Final Four tournament will take place on the 5th and 7th of April in 2025 meaning that WWE might look to bring WrestleMania forward a week to the end of March but that remains to be seen.
Where Is WWE WrestleMania 41 Taking Place?
Despite reports that Minneapolis was set to host WrestleMania 41, the status of the event remains up in the air. WWE has in the past announced the next host of WrestleMania either on the show or in the build-up to the show but no announcement came at WrestleMania 40.
With Khan noting that Las Vegas is still in the running for the event, it seems things are far still from decided.
