WWE Locker Room “Bubbling With Paranoia” Since Vince McMahon Returned

Vince McMahon WWE

WWE is facing a great deal of uncertainty following Endeavor’s acquisition of the company and Vince McMahon muddying the leadership waters when he took charge of the Raw after WrestleMania.

McMahon was said to be “firmly back in charge” of the poorly received Raw following WrestleMania 39 but he has not been backstage at WWE shows since, leaving Triple H to run Raw and SmackDown from a distance. But a new report suggests that Vince McMahon’s presence is possibly causing more harm than good for some on the roster.

PWInsider has reported that among WWE talents there is said to be a “slightly bubbling paranoia” since Vince McMahon made a return to some degree backstage following WrestleMania 39.

The feelings are said to be mainly from stars who were brought back by Triple H over the second half of 2022 after previously being released under McMahon’s leadership. Karrion Kross, Scarlett, Braun Strowman, Bray Wyatt, Dakota Kai, and Emma were among those that returned to the company after McMahon’s short-lived retirement in July 2022.

There is also said to be a feeling among those talents that they could be first out of the door should releases return. Nick Khan recently explained that there will be “aggressive” cuts to come but the roster wasn’t one place the company was looking to make savings.
