WWE Locker Room Antics Would Make “Best Reality Show Ever”
The WWE women’s locker room is stronger than ever.
In recent years, WWE has undergone something of a facelift. Those in charge have attempted to move the company on from the Vince McMahon era after the disgraced former owner was removed from the TKO Group Board of Directors.
This has included making changes to the on-screen presentation, while the sports entertainment giant’s deal with Netflix is seen as the dawning of a new era.
There have also been changes backstage, with talent being given more creative freedom and greater support. Speaking in July 2024, Nia Jax spoke positively of the changes, noting how things had moved on between her release in late 2021 and her full-time return in September 2023.
Nia Jax Spills The WWE Tea
During a new interview with US Weekly, Jax gave further insight into life behind the scenes, joking there are a couple of stars the women’s locker room has banished to the hallway.
“Is this the politically right answer?” Jax asked with a smile. “Should I tell you the real tea? There might be a couple that we’re like, ‘Yo, sit outside. We don’t really want you in here. I’m not gonna say any names. We’ll keep it quiet.”
On a more serious note, Jax said the locker room is like family, and everyone is happy to support each other.
“For the most part in our women’s locker room, we all get along. We’re willing to help each other out … If one of us is like, ‘Hey, I’m about to do a promo, a match and a brawl, I need food,’ the girls are like, ‘Hey, whatever you need.’ We do really support each other.
There’s times where we are each other’s family. At the end of the time, I’m with them 90 percent of the time. We have to turn to each other and really have a bond. If I could ever expose some of the behind-the-scenes stuff, it would be the best reality show ever.”
Nia Jax was most recently in action at Saturday Night’s Main Event where she failed to take the Women’s World Title from Rhea Ripley.
