Popular WWE Legends Linked With Hall Of Fame Induction

Triple H WWE

A legendary WWE tag team has finally signed Legends contracts.

On January 29, it was announced that Triple H would headline the 2025 WWE Hall of Fame.

The Game has a lengthy association with the company stretching back to 1995, and is often praised for his work in establishing NXT as his in-ring career came to a close.

At the time of publication, Triple H is the only name confirmed for the class of 2025, but a new report might have given a huge hint about who will be joining him.

Demolition To Join Triple H In The WWE Hall Of Fame?

According to a new report from Mike Johnson of PWInsider, Bill Eadie & Barry Darsow, better known to fans as Ax and Smash of Demolition, have signed WWE Legends contracts.

Many believe the new agreements are a precursor to a Hall of Fame induction later in 2025. The pair were invited to attend the ceremony during WrestleMania 40 weekend but were unable to attend due to other commitments.

There had been a feeling that Eadie and Darsow would never come back under the WWE umbrella after a legal battle with the company in 1997 over name and gimmick rights. While in 2016, the duo was involved in a concussion-related class-action lawsuit against WWE.

Eadie originally debuted with WWE in 1983 as the Masked Superstar, but it wasn’t until he began teaming with Darsow as Demolition in January 1987 that his career with the company truly took off. The pair went on to win the World Tag Team Titles three times, with their first reign of 478 days standing as a company record until it was beaten by The New Day in 2016.

Crush was added to the team in 1990, and they went on to feud with the Legion of Doom.
