WWE Legend Moving To AEW? Ricochet Reveals The Truth
Would Ricochet really know if a top WWE star was on the verge of making the move to AEW?
John Cena competed in the final match of his legendary career at Saturday Night’s Main Event on December 13th. Cena took on Gunther in his last bout, shocking the world – and not in a good way – when he tapped out to The Ring General’s sleeper hold.
Triple H was showered with “You f*cked up” chants as he led the WWE locker room to ringside to pay tribute to Cena, as fans were disgusted by the finish to the match.
Saturday Night’s Main Event also saw some showcase matches for NXT talent take place, with TNA’s Leon Slater teaming with Je’Von Evans to take on World Tag Team Champions AJ Styles and Dragon Lee. Styles picked up the victory after he dropped Slater with the Styles Clash.
Ricochet Rules Out AEW Move For AJ Styles
Styles, himself, has made no secret that he’s ready for retirement in 2026 as he looks to bring his own career to an end. However, for some they think AJ Styles might only be looking to say goodbye to WWE and will continue his career in AEW.
But AEW National Champion Ricochet has hit out at that suggestion on social media as he responded to a fan, writing:
AJ’s not coming to AEW. STOP!
AJ's not coming to AEW. STOP!

Ricochet might be hoping that Tony Khan doesn’t add another serious threat to the top of AEW’s roster. Or he might be hoping that another magnificent head of hair doesn’t join the company.
