WWE Legend Ready To Return After 5 Years As Roman Reigns’ New Wiseman

Roman Reigns returned to WWE taping on the July 14 RAW episode to a wild pop.

This was his first appearance since the RAW after WrestleMania 41, when he was attacked and taken out by Seth Rollins and Bron Breakker.

Reigns also returned with a new moniker, OTC1, and attacked Breakker and Bronson Reed to save his cousin, Jey Uso, and CM Punk after the main event match.

It is also noticeable that the former world champion has not had his Wiseman with him since August last year.

In November 2024, Paul Heyman aligned himself with CM Punk after announcing him as the fifth member of the Bloodline team for WWE Survivor Series: WarGames.

As it turns out, a WWE legend is willing to step in to be Roman Reigns’ new Wiseman.

Rikishi, who is Reigns’ cousin, recently discussed the possibility of returning to the company after five years on his Rikishi Fatu Off the Top podcast.

I’m down to be able to, you know, be part of the original Bloodline crew, and you know, be that Wiseman, or, you know, whatever the part that you know, the Tribal Chief wants me to be through. [28:07 onwards]

Rikishi Wishes For MFT To Fight Outside The Bloodline In WWE

Even before the OG Bloodline was formed, Roman Reigns was involved in a feud with Jey and Jimmy Uso.

After its formation, the faction remained together for a while, but Solo Sikoa inserted himself as the new Head of the Table, usurping Reigns’ position and leading to a “Bloodline Civil War.”

Ever since, the family has been involved in feuds against each other and is on the verge of witnessing a second civil war.

During his recent podcast episode, Rikishi wished for this to change, and that Sikoa’s MFT found new rivals outside the Bloodline.

You know, I would love to see Solo and his crew just go up against somebody besides The Bloodline. This way, it kind of just adds something fresh to it, and to see how these boys will be able to work with other people besides family members.

Solo Sikoa is set to go up against his cousin Jacob Fatu at WWE SummerSlam in a steel cage match for the United States Championship.
