WWE Legend Makes Massive Prediction About Vince McMahon’s Future
Vince McMahon remains a hotly discussed topic today.
Ever since reports surfaced about the former WWE boss starting his own company, 14TH & I, questions have been raised about his intentions.
Former WWE employees Jonathan Coachman and Vince Russo have claimed that this may be one of McMahon’s ways to reclaim his company from TKO Group Holdings.
McMahon had resigned from WWE and TKO in early 2024 after a former employee, Janel Grant, filed a sexual assault and trafficking lawsuit against him and his associates.
Legendary wrestling commentator Jim Ross recently discussed his one-time chief while appearing on the Grilling JR podcast.
I just don’t think we’ve heard the last of him in the pro wrestling space. I don’t know where it’s headed. I don’t have any inside information, but I just think that he hasn’t sung his last song. [H/T WrestlingNews.co]
Ross also called McMahon brilliant due to his business acumen, but stated that he can be his own worst enemy because of his stubbornness.
Vince McMahon And Jim Ross’ Complex Relationship
Jim Ross joined WWE in 1993, debuting at WrestleMania IX.
After his ascension within the ranks, “JR” worked closely with McMahon and shared a complicated relationship with him.
Ross often spoke about his strained bond with his boss, even stating that Vince mocked his Bell’s palsy.
Other instances he has cited include being offered short-term contracts, turning his character heel so fans would boo him, and booking him to kiss Michael Cole’s feet.
Jim Ross joined rival company AEW in 2019. He was recently diagnosed with colon cancer and has since undergone a successful surgery.
