Massive WWE Legend Wants One More Shot At John Cena
John Cena has a huge target on his back.
The seventeen-time champion’s title reign may be in jeopardy. One of John Cena’s biggest rivals has stated that he wants another shot at him soon.
The SummerSlam Kickoff show aired a few hours ago. Randy Orton was the first Superstar to make an appearance in front of the crowd to a loud ovation. The Apex Predator is in the finals of the King Of The Ring tournament, and if he wins that he will get a title shot at SummerSlam. When the fourteen-time champion was asked whether he would want to face CM Punk or John Cena, he picked the latter, stating that they had unfinished business.
“I gotta get in the ring with Punk at some point before it’s set and done. That’s a fact. But I promised the WWE Universe that I was going to remove John Cena’s head from his shoulders, and that’s what I’ve got to do. Cena said he was going to ruin wrestling, he talked sh*t about my family, he cant do that. So the answer is John Cena. I wanna kick John Cena’s a**. I owe him one. I had him beat in St. Louis, my hometown, at Backlash until somebody came out and saved the day, we will not name names, but John Cena deserves an a**-whooping from yours truly.” [9:28 – 10:24]
John Cena’s Pipebomb On CM Punk
In the main event of SmackDown, the current WWE Champion faced Ron Killings. The Last Real Champion lost the bout via disqualification after he hit Killings with the WWE Championship. When Cena tried to continue his assault on Killings, CM Punk ran out to make the save.
The former WWE Champion was unable to make Cena pay for his action and was put through a table. While Punk lay down on the broken table, Cena recreated the scene of Punk’s pipebomb from 14 years ago.
