WWE Legend Considers Comeback After 13 Years Under One Condition
A former WWE Divas champion is open to returning to the squared circle.
Kelly Kelly, real name Barbie Blank, made her professional debut on the WWE ECW brand in 2006 at age 19. Although they were mainly non-wrestling appearances, she gained massive popularity among fans.
After being moved to the Raw brand in 2008, she was involved in various feuds.
Three years later, her most notable achievement came when Kelly became the WWE Divas Champion, a title she would hold for 104 days, by defeating Brie Bella.
In September 2012, she was released from the company. Kelly cited injury and her modeling aspirations as reasons for her departure.
Since then, she has made sporadic appearances, including in multiple women’s Royal Rumble matches.
WWE’s Kelly Kelly Open To Comeback
Kelly Kelly recently appeared in an interview with The Wrestling Classic, wherein she revealed that she was open to a comeback, albeit for a short time.
When asked about returning to full-time wrestling, she was sincere in what she wanted.
Not full-time. I would come back for a special little run or something. Like I’ve said, my dream is to have my kids watch me one day.
Becky Lynch, Alexa Bliss, and Jade Cargill are some of the wrestlers in WWE who are also mothers.
Kelly gave birth to twins, a girl and a boy, in 2023.
Post-wrestling, Kelly Kelly is a fashion influencer and has also collaborated with Smith Devereux Winery to create her own wine label, B Tasteful.
