WWE Legend Calls Out Roman Reigns For Betrayal

Roman Reigns has been accused of betraying a WWE icon.

For over four years, Paul Heyman stood at the side of Roman Reigns as his Wise Man. Under Heyman’s guidance, Reigns finally made it as the number one star in WWE and held the WWE Universal Title for over 1,000 days as he dominated all who came before him.

Cody Rhodes finally ended Reigns’ dominance when he captured the title from him at WrestleMania 40. Roman Reigns then disappeared for several months, leaving a power vacuum in The Bloodline that was quickly filled with Solo Sikoa, rebuilding the group and eventually kicking Heyman out in brutal fashion when he would not acknowledge Sikoa as his Tribal Chief.

By the latter half of 2024, Reigns was back, but his road to WrestleMania 41 ended up intertwined with CM Punk’s. Punk had joined Reigns’ team for WarGames at Survivor Series 2024 and, in doing so, had a favour to cash in with Heyman. CM Punk decided that favour would be for Paul Heyman to be in his corner rather than Roman Reigns’ when they clashed in the main event in a triple threat match also involving Seth Rollins.

Did Roman Reigns Screw Paul Heyman?

In the end, CM Punk and Roman Reigns both got screwed as Paul Heyman revealed his new allegiance to Seth Rollins who picked up the win.

But Heyman still thinks Roman Reigns is the one who betrayed him, as he revealed when he responded to a fan on social media:
