WWE King & Queen Of The Ring Semi-Finals Set For SmackDown
The road to the King and Queen of the Ring crowns has become a lot clearer as the SmackDown semi-finals for both tournaments are set.
Raw in Greenville saw the red brand’s semi-finals for both tournaments set as Jey Uso defeated Ilja Dragunov while Gunther saw off Kofi Kingston to set up a huge showdown between those two stars.
In the Queen of the Ring tournament former WWE Women’s Champion IYO SKY defeated Shayna Baszler and she will now face Lyra Valkyria for a chance to move on to the final in Saudi Arabia after the former NXT Women’s Champion defeated Zoey Stark.

On SmackDown in Jacksonville, the SmackDown semi-finals were set as Bianca Belair defeated Tiffany Stratton, however, she will not face her fellow WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion as Jade Cargill lost to Nia Jax via disqualification.
In the King of the Ring tournament, Tama Tonga defeated LA Knight to again prove his worth in The Bloodline while Randy Orton defeated former NXT Champion Carmelo Hayes.
Bianca Belair will face Nia Jax and Randy Orton will clash with Tama Tonga on the 24th of May edition of SmackDown which takes one night before King & Queen of the Ring takes place.
