John Cena holds the all-time Guinness World Record for granting the most Make-A-Wish wishes at 650.

Cena started granting wishes in 2002. According to sources on the internet, he hit 200 by 2010, 400 wishes in June 2012, and 500 by 2015.

He achieved 650 wishes in 2022, far surpassing any other celebrity. He remains the most requested WWE superstar historically and continues granting wishes.

He broke records consistently through his “never refuse” policy, earning honors like the Chris Greicius Award.

According to a Fightful Select report from Sean Ross Sapp, citing WWE sources, Cody Rhodes did the most Make-A-Wish requests in 2025, beating Cena and other stars like Reigns.

The exact number for Rhodes remains undisclosed, but it highlights his rising popularity amid his WWE Undisputed Championship reign.

While Rhodes led 2025, Cena’s career total dwarfs all competitors.

WWE Star Roman Reigns Makes Heartwarming Gesture Ahead Of Christmas

Roman Reigns has been absent from television since his WarGames match at Survivor Series 2025 in November.

He teamed up with Cody Rhodes, Jey Uso, Jimmy Uso, and CM Punk against The Vision’s Bron Breakker, Bronson Reed, Drew McIntyre, Logan Paul, and Brock Lesnar.

During his time away from TV, he won hearts with his recent act of kindness.

Just days before Christmas, Reigns personally picked up and delivered pizzas to sick children at Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital in Hollywood, Florida.

This unpublicized act of kindness was revealed by Mimi’s Ravioli, the local Italian restaurant where he bought the pizzas, praising him as a “true-life hero” for doing it on his own time despite his wealth and fame.
