WWE Interested In Working With Controversial Star

Triple H WWE bucket of cash

WWE could make an interesting move in 2025.

On November 15th, Jake Paul defeated Mike Tyson in an eight-round, fully sanctioned boxing match. Although Tyson is a former Undisputed Heavyweight Champion, his glory days are a long way behind him, and at 58 years old he lost every round against Paul.

The fight was beset by huge streaming problems, with huge numbers of fans online struggling to watch the action due to Netflix’s constant buffering.

With the huge event in Arlington, Texas now in the past, Jake Paul is looking to the future and a possible appearance in WWE alongside brother Logan, although he doesn’t want to wrestle. Interestingly, it seems he might get his wish.

WWE Linked With Jake Paul

Following the fight, it was reported by Wrestle Votes that the sports entertainment giant has “notable interest” in working with Paul, although there’s no word on what a potential deal might look like.

Sources indicate WWE has notable interest in a Jake Paul appearance at a PLE sometime in 2025. It’s worth noting that WWE Superstar Logan Paul and Mike Tyson exchanged words at the conclusion of last Friday night’s fight on Netflix. Time will tell where all this goes.

Mike Tyson is a long-time wrestling fan and has appeared in both WWE and AEW in the past. His most memorable moment inside the squared circle came in 1998 when he went nose-to-nose with Stone Cold Steve Austin on Raw. Weeks later at WrestleMania XIV, Tyson counted the pin-fall as Austin beat Shawn Michaels to claim the World Championship for the first time.

Meanwhile, Logan Paul hasn’t appeared for the company since losing the United States Title to LA Knight at SummerSlam. There’s no word on when he’ll return to the ring.
