WWE Interested In The Bloodline’s Family Member

A new report suggests that a member of WWE’s The Bloodline group could grow in the future with another new addition who was backstage at SummerSlam.

There were two huge WWE events in Cleveland this past weekend. In the main event of WWE Smackdown, The Bloodline’s Jacob Fatu & Tama Tonga beat #DIY’s Tommaso Ciampa & Johnny Gargano to become the new WWE Tag Team Champion.

One night later at SummerSlam, Solo Sikoa failed in his quest to take the WWE Championship from Cody Rhodes. That was a Bloodline Rules Match that saw Jacob, Tama & Tonga Loa interfere on Solo’s behalf, but they weren’t enough to give Solo the win.

Roman Reigns returned wearing a shirt telling the world that he’s the “Original Tribal Chief” (OTC), not Solo Sikoa, and Reigns nailed his cousin Solo with a Superman Punch. Reigns followed up with a Spear that helped Cody Rhodes retain the WWE Championship.

Zilla Fatu is the son of the late, great WWE superstar Umaga. Zilla debuted as a pro wrestler in the summer of 2023 after training at Booker T’s Reality of Wrestling promotion. Umaga is the brother of WWE Hall of Famer Rikishi, which makes Umaga the uncle of Jimmy & Jey Uso and their brother Solo Sikoa. This would make Zilla the first cousin of The Usos and Sikoa.

It has been reported by multiple outlets that Zilla was at SummerSlam in Cleveland on Saturday. Zilla was promoted for a UPW Wrestling show in Michigan on Saturday, which he missed and he also missed GCW’s New Jersey show on Sunday.

WWE Showing Interest In Zilla Fatu

While Zilla Fatu has only been wrestling for one year, Fightful Select reports that WWE has an interest in the rising you star with ties to The Bloodline group. Fightful added that WWE “has their eyes on him” while he’s also expected to continue working GCW shows as well as other promotions until he gets signed.

Another member of The Bloodline, former NJPW star Hikuleo, has been signed by World Wrestling Entertainment and will likely debut soon using the name of Talla Tonga since he would be the tallest member of the group.
