WWE Higher-Ups May Have Same Problem With Karrion Kross & LA Knight
Does WWE management have the same problem with Karrion Kross that they have with LA Knight?
Karrion Kross has followed the LA Knight blueprint in WWE over the past year, building up monumental support with fans but finding in-ring success more difficult to come by.
Recent reports have suggested Karrion Kross’s deal with WWE is about to end imminently, which might explain why they’ve been reluctant to have him win in the few big matches in which he’s been featured.
LA Knight was in action as he got a shot at the World Heavyweight Championship against Seth Rollins on Raw, two nights after Rollins shocked the world at SummerSlam and cashed in Money In The Bank to win that title. But Knight ended up a footnote in his own bout as CM Punk attacked Rollins to cause a disqualification, something Knight did not seem thrilled with.
Does WWE Management Trust Karrion Kross & LA Knight?
WWE Hall of Famer Bully Ray explained on Busted Open that he thinks WWE management might well have the same reservations about Karrion Kross and LA Knight, and says he doesn’t think either star has management’s confidence when the bell rings:
I have a funny feeling that the same thing that’s going on with Karrion Kross is going on with LA Knight. In the eyes of the higher ups, in the eyes of creative, in the eyes of the people that make the decisions in WWE, I think that when the bell rings, their confidence is not there.
