Major WWE Heel May Return From Hiatus As A Babyface
Drew McIntyre had a hellacious match at Saturday Night’s Main Event.
WWE’s Saturday Night’s Main Event saw many Superstars take part in hellacious battles. One such star who is rumored to be injured and taking time off is Drew McIntyre. According to WWE Legend, Eric Bischoff, the Scottish Warrior will return as a babyface.
Drew McIntyre took on Damian Priest in a Steel Cage Match at Saturday Night’s Main Event. The two pushed each other to the limit from the word go. They hit each other with all they had and in the end, the fans saw the former Judgment Day member walk out of the steel cage, leaving his opponent lying motionless in the ring.
While reviewing Saturday Night’s Main Event on the 83 Weeks podcast, former RAW General Manager Eric Bischoff spoke about the former WWE Champion’s performance. He stated that he was a big fan of his work and would love to see him return to action as a babyface.
“I like him as a babyface. I just do. He’s that Scottish Warrior. He’s Braveheart, modern-day version of it. I love that. I could listen to him cut promos all afternoon. I just love his stuff. He’s so good.”
WWE Money In The Bank Ladder Match Gets Clearer After RAW
This week’s episode of WWE RAW saw two more male Superstars qualify for the Money In The Bank ladder match. The night kicked off with Penta beating Chad Gable and Dragon Lee in a Triple Threat Match to qualify for the ladder match. Later in the night, Seth Rollins pinned Finn Balor to beat him and Sami Zayn.
Rollins and Penta now join Solo Sikoa and LA Knight in the men’s ladder match on 7th June. As for the women, Alexa Bliss, Roxanne Perez, Giulia and Rhea Ripley have confirmed their spot.
