Former WWE Headquarters Sold For Millions Of Dollars

WWE Headquarters

The former headquarters of WWE have been sold for over $3 million.

Titan Towers is the name that WWE used for their old headquarters in Stamford, Connecticut. That building, which saw Vince McMahon run the company for over 40 years, was featured in a legendary Super Bowl commercial in 1999 as well.

It has been reported by CT Insider that Titan Towers have been sold for $3.75 Million to real estate firm MB Financial Group.

Michael Massimino, CEO and managing partner of MB Financial, told CT Insider that the plan is to turn Titan Towers into an apartment building.

“The location is superb. It’s on the Stamford-Darien line, and it overlooks Long Island Sound and the Noroton River. The views of Long Island Sound really make this property unique.”

The address of Titan Towers was 1241 East Main Street, Stamford, CT and it was a 90,675-square-foot office building.

Old WWE Headquarters Was Home To Money In The Bank Ladder Matches In 2020

In addition to the memorable Super Bowl commercial during the Attitude Era, the 2020 edition of the two Money in the Bank matches took place at WWE Headquarters.

It was a unique time for the company because the COVID-19 restrictions were in place. Instead of doing the Men’s and Women’s Money in the Bank Ladder Matches inside the Performance Centre or an empty arena, they chose to do it inside WWE Headquarters. The superstars had to make their way from the main floor of the building to the roof, which is where the MITB briefcases were.

The Women’s Money in the Bank participants were Lacey Evans, Nia Jax, Carmella, Shayna Baszler, Asuka, and Dana Brooke. After plenty of chaos throughout the match along with some comedy, Asuka emerged as the winner.

There was a surprising result in the men’s match between AJ Styles, Otis, Aleister Black, King Corbin, Daniel Bryan, and Rey Mysterio because Otis got the win when the briefcase fell into his hands. The match was memorable for Styles and Bryan fighting in Vince McMahon’s office as well as Mysterio and Black getting tossed over the side of he building by King Corbin.

The new WWE Headquarters building has been shown by the company a few times in recent months like when WWE’s CCO Triple H unveiled the new Raw logo. There was also a Raw on Netflix Kickoff event on December 18, 2024 that featured promos from wrestlers and company officials promoting the Netflix debut on Raw, and that took place at the new WWE Headquarters building.
