WWE Hall Of Famer Think WWE Should Sign Nick Aldis

One of WWE’s most distinguished veterans thinks that Nick Aldis should come to WWE as soon as possible.

Aldis is a nineteen-year veteran that has been wrestling all over the American wresting circuit since 2004. He got his first big break in TNA/IMPACT as Brutus Magnus, but since the 2010s he has been wrestling under his real name.

Over the course of his career, Aldis has won numerous titles, including the TNA World Championship, New Japan’s IWGP Tag Team Championships, and two reigns as NWA World Heavyweight Championship.

Aldis made headlines in wrestling media late last year when he had a high-profile departure from the NWA. He has since returned to IMPACT, but Booker T thinks that WWE should make more effort into signing Aldis because he sees money in the 36-year-old Englishman.

Speaking on his Hall of Fame podcast, Booker T noted that Nick Aldis is mature enough to understand how the wrestling business really works.

“He’s a guy who is mature enough to understand what this business is about, more than anything. That’s what I say about guys coming into WWE, they gotta be seasoned a lot of times in order to really, really understand what that thing is about.

“I think a guy like Nick Aldis would definitely be an addition to that WWE roster, perhaps in some way, in some form.

I don’t know exactly how, but I do think Nick Aldis is a name, his name has some value to it around the world, not just in Impact Wrestling, I think you say the name, ‘Nick Aldis,’ pretty much if you’re in the wrestling world, you’re going to know who he is.”
