WWE Hall Of Famer Warns Sons To Stay Clear Of Company “Turmoil”

D-Von Dudley left WWE at the beginning of 2023 but his pro wrestler sons could have the company in their sights in the future but have been warned to wait for the “turmoil” to pass.

Dudley’s sons Terrence and Terrell Hughes – collectively known as T.N.T – have been mainstays on the independent scene for the last eight years. The pair have competed in several matches for AEW sharing the ring with the likes of The Gunns, Jungle Boy & Luchasaurus, and FTR to name but a few.

Speaking on Straight Talk Wrestling, D-Von Dudley was asked if his sons would ever follow in his footsteps and join WWE but he thinks they’d be better off waiting for issues in that company to die down first:

“Well, I think there’s a lot of up turmoil up there (WWE) right now. I think once they stop within, then they can honestly see what’s going on around them in terms of the talent that’s there. Right now, I think, like I told them, they should stay away, wait for all this stuff to die down, let them get their bearings straight and once they’re ready to produce what they should be producing, then try to go up there again but until then, like I say, just stay away and keep doing what you’re doing.”

Although D-Von Dudley did not explicitly refer to the issues in WWE, the company could be going through some big changes in the coming months with Vince McMahon back to oversee a potential sale of the promotion that he has run for the past 40 years.
