WWE Hall Of Famer Wants Rocket Strapped To Jey Uso

The clock is ticking on Jey Uso.

After breaking away from his brother Jimmy, Jey Uso has become one of the most popular stars in all of WWE.

Uso has been hovering around the main event scene since moving to Raw and recently took part in the men’s Money In The Bank Ladder Match. Back on the red brand, Jey has now thrown himself into the chaos surrounding Dominik Mysterio, Liv Morgan, and Rhea Ripley.

On the July 15th episode of the show, Jey asked Damian Priest and Dirty Dom whether Ripley was single. This set up a match between Jey and Mysterio, where Morgan again got involved, ending up in a compromising position with Dom. After Jey grabbed the win, he motioned for Ripley to call him.

After the show, Jey Uso expanded on his offer, explaining that he’s willing to take it slow and treat Ripley to a meal at Waffle House.

Jey Uso World Champion?

On his Hall of Fame podcast, Booker T was asked whether he could see Jey Uso going on to win singles gold. The NXT commentator said Uso could “definitely be World Champion one day,” before warning that he might need to happen sooner rather than later.

“Of course, it’s gotta happen. They’re like one of the most decorated tag team champions of all time. I told those guys that was going to happen. Jey right now is super duper hot, so you gotta put the rocket on him sooner or later. Jey is a guy that definitely could be the world champion one day, the way the people are looking at him right now, so I think to capitalize off of that, you have to put the title on him sooner or later because he’s uber hot right now,”

Jey Uso is a ten-time World Tag Team Champion, but he’s never won a singles title.
