WWE has seemingly confirmed a Hall of Famer has departed the company.

Beth Phoenix made her WWE debut back in 2006. Just as shed was gaining momentum in the women’s division, though, the star suffered a serious jaw injury that led to multiple surgeries. After some time in WWE’s developmental territory, OVW, The Glamazon returned to the main roster in July 2007 and quickly became a dominant force in the company.

Over the following five years, Phoenix feuded with the likes of Candice Michelle, Mickie James, and AJ Lee, capturing the Women’s Title three times in the process as well as having a lengthy reign with the Divas Championship. The star left the company in 2012 after becoming frustrated with the way the women’s division was being treated.

In 2017, Phoenix was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame and briefly became a color commentator for the company. Since then, she has made sporadic appearances in the company, most recently joining her real-life husband Adam Copeland in his feud against The Judgment Day back in 2023.

While Copeland left WWE in September 2023, Phoenix was still listed on the active roster page of the company’s website. However, according to WrestleTalk, The Glamazon was removed from the page on July 24th, and now only appears in the Hall of Fame section.

Will Beth Phoenix Join Adam Copeland In AEW?

Soon after becoming All Elite, Adam Copeland addressed the possibility of Beth Phoenix joining him in AEW. The former Edge said he would be “super excited” for it to happen, but admitted he didn’t know if it would happen. The Rated-R Superstar did reveal that she is instrumental in his own career as she acts as a sounding board for his ideas, and often counters them with better ones.
