WWE Hall Of Famer Recalls Crutches Being Stolen In Locker Room Prank

WWE Hall of Famer Mark Henry shared some amusing yet frustrating tales of locker room pranks from his wrestling days, recalling incidents that tested his patience and sense of humour.

Speaking on Busted Open Radio, Mark Henry described two standout moments—one involving glued-down shower shoes and another where his crutches mysteriously disappeared while he was recovering from an injury. In the first story, Henry explained how his size 16 shower shoes became the centrepiece of a mischievous prank that left him baffled.

You know I wear a size 16 shoe—it’s hard as hell to find a size 16 shoe. One of them ba**ards, I don’t know who, superglued my damn shower shoes to the floor. They tried to put solvent underneath it and it wouldn’t come off. They finally had to use a razor and cut it all up so we wouldn’t disrespect the building.

The second incident occurred while Henry attended a WWE event with a cast on his leg, leaving him dependent on crutches. To his dismay, those crutches vanished during the show, forcing him into an awkward predicament.

I remember my crutches getting hid. How do you think my headspace was when my crutches went missing and I’m trying not to sell it? They said, ‘Man, don’t sell it, just watch the show.’ I’m sitting at the monitor for two hours—it’s a three-hour show—and I’ve gotta go pee. I have a cast up to my thigh, I can’t move, and I’m like, ‘Listen man, I gotta go to the bathroom or somebody get me a garbage can and I’ll pee right here.’

What Did Mark Henry Say About The Infamous WWE Wrestler’s Court?

Mark Henry spoke about the WWE wrestler’s court and said that he believes that it wasn’t as malicious as people have made out in the past. Henry believes that the intention behind the wrestler’s court was meant more as a form of entertainment than bullying and that if you were to be tried in wrestler’s court you could easily buy off the judge, who was often The Undertaker, by getting him a bottle of Jack Daniels.
