WWE Hall Of Famer Praises “Very Valuable Asset” Braun Strowman

WWE Braun Strowman elbow drops Ricochet

While not everyone has had good things to say recently about Braun Strowman, one WWE Hall of Famer sees him as a “very valuable asset.”

Kurt Angle squared off with Braun Strowman on a handful of occasions during his last run in WWE, including one memorable outing at TLC 2017 which saw Angle join The Shield for one night only.

Speaking on The Kurt Angle Show, the Olympic gold medallist stood up for the giant Strowman who has not been without his critics and says he thinks The Monster Of All Monsters should never have been released from WWE in the first place before he made his return to the company earlier in 2022:

“Braun’s a very valuable asset. He should’ve never left WWE. Should’ve never happened. The guy knows how to wrestle, he knows how to talk, he looks great, he’s a 350 pound monster. You don’t let a guy like that go. I don’t know how or why that happened. Maybe it was for money reasons, I don’t know. But Braun Strowman’s back in the right place. He needs to be in WWE. That’s where he deserves to be.”

Braun Strowman drew the ire of several wrestling stars including Baron Corbin with his recent remarks regarding “flippy” wrestlers.
