WWE Hall Of Famer Slams “Worst Piece Of Sh*t” John Laurinaitis

John Laurinaitis

A WWE Hall of Famer has shared their true feelings on John Laurinaitis.

Back in January, John Laurinaitis was named in a lawsuit alongside Vince McMahon and WWE alleging sex trafficking and sexual abuse. Johnny Ace had been reinstalled as Head of Talent Relations in March 2021, before being removed from the post the following June after allegations of sexual misconduct first emerged. Laurinaitis was quietly released by WWE in August 2022.

It’s no secret that Laurinaitis wasn’t popular with several talents, even before news of the scandal went public. Hot on the heels of Ronda Rousey calling out the veteran, Teddy Long has had his say. Speaking on Sportskeeda’s Wrestle Binge, Long said Laurinaitis was “one of the worst pieces of sh*t on this planet.”

“I don’t hold my tongue back on John Laurinaitis. One of the worst pieces of sh*t on this planet, and you can do what you want to to me, you can sue me all you want to, ain’t nothing you’re gonna get except ‘holla, holla, holla.’ He is a man who is going to stop me from making a living because of the color of my skin — not because I’m not doing my job. So, you’re gonna tell me that I did my job, the face of that TV for nine years and you’re gonna … you know what I’m saying? Lemme stop.”

Teddy Long has previously accused John Laurinaitis of being a racist.

Ronda Rousey Unloads On John Laurinaitis

The WWE Hall of Famer was reacting to comments made by Ronda Rousey in her upcoming book Our Fight which is released on April 4th. The former UFC star held nothing back in her assessment of Vince McMahon and Bruce Prichard as well as Laurinaitis, hitting out at the latter for changes he tried to make to NXT.

In one chapter, Ronda Rousey blasted John Laurinaitis as an “all-around dirtbag.”

“Which is how John Laurinaitis, a former wrestler turned WWE executive and all-around dirtbag, ended up running NXT. Laurinaitis had made a name for himself as an average but by no means outstanding wrestler before he moved into playing an in-ring authority figure type and then a producer.

He looked and acted like an entitled sixty-year-old former frat boy. Tall, blondish, and with a cleft chin, he always appeared to be scowling, even when he smiled. His raspy voice earned him the nickname Johnny Laryngitis, which was one of the nicer things people called him.”

John Laurinaitis is currently the only person to publicly acknowledge the lawsuit brought by Janel Grant.

The filing showed that Laurinaitis is aware of the suit and will not need to be served. The former WWE Head of Talent Relations will respond to the suit within the next 60 days, starting on March 15th.
