WWE Hall Of Famer Would Love To Face Rhea Ripley
Rhea Ripley is a woman in demand.
At Bad Blood, Rhea Ripley is set to meet Liv Morgan as she bids to win back the Women’s World Title in the biggest grudge match of her career. Although she hasn’t held the gold since April, Ripley has remained one of WWE’s biggest and most beloved stars.
Throughout her career, Ripley has made no secret of her admiration for Lita, and how she redefined what female wrestlers could look like.
During a panel at Comic-Con Northern Ireland 2024 (via Monopoly Events) Lita named Ripley as a present-day Superstar she’d love to face.
“I think somebody that I had a very brief interaction with in the Royal Rumble, Rhea Ripley, has just grown so much and added so many layers to her character, and I think she would be great to face,”
Rhea Ripley To Sign New WWE Deal?
According to a new report, Rhea Ripley is among three female Superstars offered new contracts by WWE. The report noted that the company had approached Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan and Women’s Champion Nia Jax as well as Ripley.
In recent weeks Asuka has signed a new multi-year contract to stay with the company, and WWE has opened negotiations with Kevin Owens. The former World Champion continues to be subject to interest from AEW and could become a free agent in January 2025.
