WWE Hall Of Famer Kevin Nash Predicts Who He Believes The Rock Will Face At WrestleMania 41
WWE Hall of Famer Kevin Nash shared his thoughts on the possibility of Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson stepping back into the wrestling ring for WrestleMania 41.
Speaking on his podcast, Kliq This, Nash offered insights into what it might take for the Hollywood superstar to make his return. Nash expressed confidence in The Rock’s dedication to wrestling, despite his thriving film career.
“I think he’s one of those people that loves to work.”
Nash said, emphasising the megastar’s enduring passion for the industry. However, he acknowledged the logistical challenges, including The Rock’s demanding schedule and the physical toll of both acting and wrestling. To make a return feasible, Nash suggested that The Rock’s opponent would need to be carefully chosen.
“You’re gonna work against Cody Rhodes, Cody’s not gonna hurt you.”
Nash stated, naming Rhodes as an ideal candidate for a WrestleMania clash. Known for his technical skill and professionalism, Cody Rhodes would provide a safe yet high-quality match for the veteran performer. Fans have been speculating about The Rock’s return since his tag team match at WrestleMania 40. While he has made sporadic appearances for WWE in the past year, he has yet to officially step back into the ring for a match.
What Did Kevin Nash Say Would Get Him Back Into A Wrestling Ring?
Kevin Nash spoke about what it would take to get him back into a WWE ring and said that if there was an interesting offer from Triple H to get him involved in a WWE storyline he would consider it. Despite this, Nash said he would not consider having a match as he turned 65 last year and believes his in-ring wrestling days are behind him.
