WWE Hall Of Famer Buries AEW Collision Match

WWE Hall Of Famer Wants One More Match With A Fellow Wrestling Legend

A WWE Hall of Famer held little back when assessing the action on AEW Collision.

At All In on August 25th Swerve Strickland will put his AEW World Championship on the line against Bryan Danielson. Should Danielson lose, he will be forced to retire.

As he prepares for his date with Danielson at Wembley Stadium, Strickland took on Tomohiro Ishii in a World Title Eliminator match on the August 10th episode of Collision. When all was said and done, Strickland picked up the win in a little over 12 minutes, but not everyone was impressed with the action.

In response to a fan on social media who shared a sequence from the match writing, “This is actual dog sh*t,” WWE Hall of Famer Rob Van Dam didn’t exactly disagree adding:

I want my money back

Van Dam has appeared on AEW television several times since the company launched in 2019.

Rob Van Dam Eyeing WWE Return?

Meanwhile, in a recent interview, Rob Van Dam admitted he’d like to wrestle John Cena one more time before the 16-time World Champion retires. Cena is set to bring down the curtain on his in-ring career in 2025.

Cena’s career has been littered with famous moments but one of his biggest came in defeat to Van Dam at ECW One Night Stand 2006. Van Dam called his shot after winning the Money In The Bank briefcase and went on to beat Cena to become World Champion in front of a raucous crowd.

During a recent episode of his podcast, Van Dam said he’d love a rematch before Cena hangs up his jorts for good.
