WWE Hall Of Famer Wants To Drag Bryan Danielson Out For Their Last Match
Bryan Danielson’s full-time wrestling career might be over but it seems one WWE Hall of Famer has his sights on the American Dragon for their own final match.
Jon Moxley brutally ended the full-time career of Bryan Danielson at WrestleDream when he defeated Danielson for the AEW World Championship.
After that bout, the Blackpool Combat Club looked to take out Danielson on a permanent basis with Wheeler Yuta turning his back on his mentor to fully embrace Moxley’s twisted vision for AEW.
Many stars from the AEW locker room fled to the ring to help save Danielson from an ever worse fate and one of the last ones in the ring with Danielson when WrestleDream went off the air was Jeff Jarrett. And it seems that Jarrett would want to see Bryan Danielson in the ring with him again.
Jeff Jarrett Happy To Tap Out To Bryan Danielson
Speaking on his My World podcast, Jeff Jarrett discussed who he’d want to face in his final match and suggested if he went in as a babyface he’d have the perfect opponent in a former AEW World Champion:
It’s definitely got to be somebody younger than me. 20 years younger, so I’ve got to look at somebody in their 30s. Oh boy. MJF.
However, if Jarrett was going into the bout as a heel, he’d have no problem dragging Bryan Danielson out to the ring kicking and screaming one last time:
I’d like to drag Bryan Danielson’s ass out to the ring and just beat the sh*t out of him and then let him tap me out. [laughs] I’ll drag him out. That’d be fun.
The last time Jarrett laced up his boots in anger was on the Collision Grand Slam show in September when the WWE Hall of Famer lost to Adam Page in a Lumberjack Strap match.
