WWE Hall Of Famer Claims They’d Boost AEW’s Ratings

WWE Hall of Fame logo over roster

One WWE Hall of Famer thinks they can help AEW improve its TV ratings and wouldn’t need to appear on TV himself to do just that.

Ricky Morton is best known as one half of The Rock ‘N’ Roll Express alongside Robert Gibson. The legendary tag team won tag team gold everywhere they went and were ultimately inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2017.

Morton is still very active in the wrestling business, frequently teaming with his son Kerry Morton but he could have his eyes on another role in the near future.

WWE Hall Of Famer Wants To Help AEW

Taking to social media, Ricky Morton commented on a video of Eddie Kingston making his AEW debut to challenge Cody Rhodes and said if he got to produce for the company, he’d add viewers to AEW’s TV ratings:

So authentic! Allow me to produce a few segments for TV and I guarantee any wrestler(s) given, I will make it authentic and boost in the ratings

One man best known for his run as a tag team star has taken on a role with Tony Khan’s company as an ex-WWE Tag Team Champion is now working as an AEW coach.
