WWE Hall Of Famer Blasts Company For Jacob Fatu Booking

Jacob Fatu WWE

One WWE Hall of Famer is not thrilled with how the company is using Jacob Fatu, claiming he’s never been booked with the right people.

Since joining WWE, Jacob Fatu has been Solo Sikoa’s enforcer in The Bloodline before splitting off from the group after he captured the United States Championship. A feud with Sikoa over that gold saw the new MFT faction help Sikoa steal it away from Fatu, and The Samoan Werewolf was conspicuous by his absence over the last few weeks of television.

However, that absence came to an abrupt end when he confronted Drew McIntyre on SmackDown, leading to a new feud between those stars.

But one WWE Hall of Famer isn’t happy with Fatu’s booking, and you’ll only need one guess to work out who it is.

Rikishi Unhappy With Jacob Fatu’s Booking In WWE

Speaking on his Off The Top podcast, Rikishi began his rant by taking issue with the way Jacob Fatu disappeared from TV:

There were a lot of people saying, ‘What happened to Jacob?’ I don’t know. Jacob comes out. He’s steaming; they got everything behind him. They’re lighting this kid up on fire. Everything they threw at this kid, he came correct. He stands on business, and all of a sudden, poof, like a Houdini move.

In regard to the new feud with Drew McIntyre, Rikishi hopes WWE can make amends with how Jacob Fatu’s been booked previously:

Well, hey, let’s just hope they do something with it. You know what I mean? I mean, no doubt Jacob can work with anybody, absolutely anybody. You know, if it’s done right again, this kid here has got talent. We all know what type of talent he has, especially his real ones… I’ve always said this from the beginning, that if you book Jacob with the right people, you’re gonna get money out of this kid. because the thing that he does in the ring, man.

To this day, I still don’t think that they have booked him with the right people and lit gasoline up behind him to really push this thing to make it work. You know what I mean? It’s just been just little teases. We see Jacob’s skills, we see his talent. We see his popularity is just catching on fire. But there’s still that — you can see the top of the hill, but you ain’t got over yet.

Rikishi has previously been very vocal about WWE’s booking of his son, Jey Uso.
