WWE Hall Of Fame Team Sign New Deals

A WWE Hall of Fame team has signed new deals with the company following their appearance back in 2022.

The Steiner Brothers – Rick and Scott – were inducted into their rightful place in the WWE Hall of Fame in 2022. Rick Steiner made a few appearances in NXT, even being kidnapped by Joe Gacy who was in the midst of a feud with Steiner’s son, NXT Champion Bron Breakker.

The popular team held tag team gold in the NWA and WCW a total of seven times in addition to their one reign as IWGP Tag Team Champions in New Japan Pro Wrestling and their two reigns as WWE Tag Team Champions. Scott turned his back on his brother Rick splitting the team in WCW to join the NWO where he morphed into his Big Poppa Pump character.

PWInsider has reported that The Steiner Brothers have now signed legends deals with WWE, joining a whole host of icons from wrestling’s past to have done so.

The move is particularly note-worthy given Scott Steiner’s bad blood towards WWE over the years. The former WCW World Champion has frequently been critical of the company and in particular, his former in-ring rival Triple H. Jim Ross recently discussed the rivalry between those two men and commented on suggestions that Triple H had deliberately tried to make Steiner look bad.
