WWE Hall Of Famer Joining AAA Commentary Team

WWE Hall of Fame AAA Arena

A WWE Hall of Famer will be calling the action for an upcoming major AAA show.

As reported by Mike Johnson of PWInsider, Corey Graves will be returning to AAA to head up the English-language broadcast of Triplemania XXXIII.

Graves held the same position at Worlds Collide back in April when he called the action alongside Konnan. Following the show, it was reported that Graves had been heavily praised backstage for his accomplished performance.

At Triplemania, Dominik Mysterio, Dragon Lee, and El Grande Americano will all change El Hijo del Vikingo for the Mega Championship. Meanwhile, Natalya will face Faby Apace and Lady Flammer in a three-way match for the AAA Reina de Reinas Championship.

The event will be broadcast on WWE’s YouTube channel, and Graves won’t be the only familiar face on the call.

Speaking on the Something To Wrestle With podcast, WWE Hall of Famer JBL confirmed that he’d also be calling the action at Triplemania:

I just got the deal from WWE, not a deal. They asked me to come out to do commentary. Some of you call that a deal or not. It’s an engagement, it’s an appearance, whatever you want to call it. But I’m very excited to go be a part of Triplemania.
