WWE fans heading to Survivor Series in November might want to bring a coat as the company heads to an outdoor venue for the event.

During Raw in Las Vegas following WrestleMania 41, WWE confirmed the 2025 Survivor Series will take place in San Diego, California at Petco Park on November 29. It will be the first time in the history of Survivor Series that the event has taken place at an outdoor venue.

Petco Park is the current home of the MLB side, the San Diego Padres, and has a listed capacity of 39,860 as WWE’s popularity continues to allow it to hold more events in stadiums rather than arenas.

No WarGames At WWE Survivor Series?

Many fans were quick to notice that the Survivor Series branding revealed makes no mention of WarGames, which has been a staple of the event since 2022. However, as it gets closer to the event, a WarGames match could still be added.

The average November temperature in San Diego is between 51 and 65 degrees Fahrenheit, and the month brings an average of seven days of rainfall to the city. WWE will be hoping they get lucky and that November 29 isn’t one of those days this year.

The next WWE PLE will take place in St. Louis, Missouri on May 10 as the company presents Backlash. Randy Orton has made a major statement about his plans for the show, which takes place in his hometown.
