WWE Files Trademarks For Several New Names

WWE Triple H Shawn Michaels

A list of names that WWE has trademarked have been made public and they could be making their way to television soon.

Several wrestlers were released by WWE over the last week including Elektra Lopez, Blair Davenport, the Authors of Pain, Paul Ellering, and more.

It’s part of the business to let people go when they aren’t being used much. No matter how big WWE gets and no matter how many billions of dollars they get in television/streaming deals, there are always going to be wrestlers who lose their jobs. It’s an unfortunate part of the WWE business.

There are 12 new names that WWE has trademarked and it is believed that those names will be given to new signings. Whether they are known to the public is not yet known, but they appear to be the names of new superstars.

  • Harley Riggins
  • Aria Bennett
  • Braxton Cole
  • Masyn Holiday
  • Summer Sorrell
  • Haze Jameson
  • Tate Wilder
  • Jax Presley
  • Osiris Griffin
  • Drako Knox
  • Trill London
  • Chantel Monroe

WWE’s Jordynne Grace had fun on X/Twitter with the names by calling out whoever Trill London might be.

The Undertaker Among Coaches For New Show Featuring WWE Recruits

A new show called WWE LFG (Legends & Future Greats) will see The Undertaker, Booker T, Mickie James and Bubba Ray Dudley as coaches on the show. It will also feature WWE Executives Paul “Triple H” Levesque and Shawn Michaels on the show as well.

While there isn’t much known about the show yet, The Undertaker’s coaching style was praised by Booker T recently. Booker T and Bubba have had wrestling schools for years while it’s a new role for Undertaker.

“He’s as real as he possibly could be in this role. He’s as serious as he is. He’s probably the most serious guy in this whole damn thing, man. He’s passionate about what he’s doing with his kids, which for me, is very, very unique to see, you know, Undertaker in this role.

To see him, his coaching style as well. Because, like I said, I’ve been doing it for 20 years. This is his first time actually in a coaching style setting a coaching role like this. How well will he actually do?

Because my thing is, I’m like, man, this guy can’t, I mean, come on, just because you know how to do it don’t mean you can coach it. So he’s doing a hell of a job, and people are going to get a chance to see the real Undertaker at his finest, you know, teaching the next generation, you know, of superstars.”

The debut episode of WWE Legends & Future Greats (WWE LFG) will air on A&E this Sunday, February 16th along with other new WWE programming.
