Popular WWE Figure Undergoes “Surgical Procedure”
A WWE veteran has undergone surgery.
Eagle-eyed fans might have noticed that the April 28 edition of Monday Night Raw came and went without an appearance from General Manager Adam Pearce. However, his absence wasn’t a surprise to those within the company.
As reported by Mike Johnson of PWInsider, Pearce’s absence from the taping on April 28 wasn’t unexpected and had been planned for. Furthermore, the veteran had undergone a “pre-scheduled surgical procedure,” although there’s no word on the exact details of the surgery.
The report also moved to deny misplaced speculation that Pearce had quietly been released along with the likes of Braun Strowman and Dakota Kai.
On May 4, Pearce was back handling his General Manager duties as he announced several matches and segments for Raw the following day. It’s unclear whether he will return to television on the show.
Paul Heyman To Address WWE Universe
On Raw, Paul Heyman, Seth Rollins, and Bron Breakker will address fans as they continue to destroy everyone who gets in their way.
Elsewhere on the show, Becky Lynch will call out Lyra Valkyria ahead of their match at Backlash. The bout will be Lynch’s first singles match since the May 27, 2024, edition of Raw when she lost to Liv Morgan inside a Steel Cage.
