WWE Fans Shockingly Turn On Jey Uso
A lot of fans are not vibing with Jey Uso’s current push in WWE, and the backlash is pretty wild right now.
It all started when Uso walked out of WrestleMania 41 with the WWE World Heavyweight Championship after beating Gunther. This win sparked a whole wave of complaints about WWE’s booking.
Fast forward to now, Jey Uso beat The Miz to move one step closer to a dream match with John Cena during the “Last Time Is Now” tournament on the November 14, 2025, episode of SmackDown. WWE dropped the match on YouTube, and fans went off.
WWE Fans On YouTube Are Not Happy With Jey Uso
The video scored over 276,000 views, but the like-to-dislike ratio was brutal: 6,481 likes compared to a mega 34,489 dislikes. Yup, around 83% of viewers hit thumbs down, and the comment section is a nonstop roast session.
People are calling Uso’s push stale, saying the company keeps forcing him into the spotlight when they’d rather see fresh faces like LA Knight. Fans on social media are loud about wanting more unpredictability and are bored with what they see as repetitive storylines.
Another big reason for the negativity is that a chunk of the fanbase feels Jey Uso’s main-event run just isn’t earned the way past stars’ pushes were. They point out how Uso keeps landing big spots like battle royal wins, title shots, and now possibly a sendoff against Cena, while other wrestlers, especially fan favorites, keep getting sidelined.
Jey Uso is losing his fan support gradually, and he needs to flip the script to earn back the love and respect from the WWE Universe. That said, Survivor Series is just a few weeks away, and Uso is a part of the event. He’s set to team up with his twin brother Jimmy Uso, CM Punk, and Cody Rhodes to take on The Vision (Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed), Logan Paul, and Drew McIntyre. Both teams still have one spot each left to fill.
