WWE Faction Won’t Replace Injured Star

A popular WWE Superstar won’t be replaced.

Piper Niven has been out of action since beating Charlotte Flair in a match on SmackDown back in August.

Over the following weeks, it was reported that Niven had suffered a serious injury and that it might even be career-threatening. However, a further update said that while the star is dealing with a serious neck injury, the belief backstage is that she’ll eventually return.

With Niven out, fans have wondered whether Chelsea Green will be looking for a new recruit to join her in the Secret Hervice alongside Alba Fyre.

But in a new interview with Woman’s World, Green said that despite Niven’s injury, she won’t be replaced in the group.

“Piper is so valuable to us. We’re not just replacing her, but the show goes on. This is Hollywood, baby!” Green also explained her strategy of using social media to build storylines, saying, “And I love to start a storyline on social media and plant the seed, because then the writers can gauge reactions and maybe bring it into their creative meetings.”

Green then highlighted the togetherness of the locker room, especially when it comes to injuries. She recalled several stars helping her when she got injured on an overseas tour, so she sees Niven’s injury as a chance for her to do the same.

“We have all watched each other go through injuries. The girls took care of me when I broke my collarbone in India almost 10 years ago. They washed my hair, packed my bags, took me to the airport, got me on a plane home,” she said.

Now it’s my turn to make sure that Piper is okay – more so mentally. There’s not much I can do physically, but I want to make sure that as she takes that step back, she realizes this is the time to rest, recover, brainstorm new ideas, start a new hobby, and not get in her head. Because, trust me, we get in our heads!”

Chelsea Green To Swap WWE For Hollywood

In the same interview, Chelsea Green revealed that she’s looking to follow the likes of John Cena into Hollywood. The former Women’s United States Champion confirmed that she’s already been attending auditions, but remains determined to earn opportunities not just because she works for WWE.

Green added that she regularly speaks with Cena to ask for advice and pick up vital bits of information.
