Old WWE Entrance Music Returns After Star Complains

Triple H on headset WWE

It seems that a popular former entrance theme might have returned after a top WWE star complained.

The Judgment Day was formed back in 2022 when Edge was joined by Damian Priest in the company. Together, they made their way to the ring with a new theme song called The Other Side by Alter Bridge, the same band that performs the Rated-R Superstar’s better-known Metalingus theme.

The group soon added Rhea Ripley to its ranks, but Edge was not long for The Judgment Day, as when Ripley and Priest went behind his back to recruit Finn Balor, the new trio turned on the WWE Hall of Famer, booting him out of the faction.

Since then, the group has also rid itself of Priest and Ripley in cruel fashion and currently is home to Balor, JD McDonagh, Roxanne Perez, Raquel Rodriguez, Dominik Mysterio, and the injured Liv Morgan. In 2024, WWE stopped using The Other Side song in favour of the Def Rebel track Rulers Of The World.

But not everyone was a fan of that change.

WWE Changes Judgment Day’s Theme Song Again

Dominik Mysterio recently told the Towers of Power that he wishes he could change both his own individual entrance music as well as Judgment Day’s song, indicating he was not a fan of either:

Oh god, I wish. That and the Judgment Day music. Good god.

Now it seems Dominik Mysterio may have got his wish. At the recent NXT Live event in Chicago, Judgment Day member JD McDonagh came to the ring for his match to The Other Side Judgment Day theme rather than its newer replacement. It remains to be seen if this change will be replicated on Raw going forward.
