Ex-WWE Employee Makes Surprising Claim About Jade Cargill

Jade Cargill

Jade Cargill may not be ready for a Title Match.

Jade Cargill has wowed many members of the WWE Universe since her debut, but she hasn’t been able to make a significant mark in WWE. Former WWE employee Tommy Carlucci thinks that she isn’t ready for a shot at the top prize any time soon.

Since making her first appearance at WWE Fastlane, Jade Cargill was expected to be pushed to the sky. However, WWE’s decision to underutilize her has been questioned by many. The former AEW star hasn’t been a part of any high-profile feuds that would put her on the immediate path to legendary status in the company. She has won the Women’s Tag Team Title in the past, but now, she is lost in a feud with Naomi over who really is Bianca Belair’s best friend.

On an episode of The Coach & Bro Show, Vince Russon was joined by former WWE employee Tommy Carlucci. During the course of the show, they spoke about the current product and how there’s nothing creatively different about the recent shows. While they were in the discussion, Carlucci spoke about how WWE is in the process of giving the viewers another match between Nia Jax and Tiffany Stratton. Cargill’s name popped up with Carlucci stating that she wasn’t ready for a run at a women’s championship any time soon.

“They’re trying to get Jade involved with the title. But she is nowhere near ready to have a title match, man. It’s ridiculous, they’re reaching.” [21:05-21:15]

Huge Evolution 2 Match Pitched For Jade Cargill

Evolution is set to make its return to WWE TV on July 13. The first edition of the women-led show aired in 2018, featuring some of the biggest names such as Becky Lynch, Charlotte Flair, Ronda Rousey and many more. This year, WWE will be looking at beating the benchmark they had set for the show seven years ago. While no match for the show is confirmed yet, reports suggest that Jade Cargill is slated to clash with Charlotte Flair at the show.

Karrion Kross also had some thoughts on how WWE could utilize Scarlett Bordeaux at Evolution 2. The WWE Superstar believes that a former Women’s World Champion would be an ideal opponent for Scarlett, given they had a great match at a house show a few months ago.
