WWE Drops Yet Another Joe Hendry Tease

Joe Hendry’s return to WWE inches ever nearer.

As Ethan Page celebrated winning the NXT Championship at Heatwave, Joe Hendry’s now trademark grin popped up on the screen as the show went off the air. This was followed by a report suggesting WWE is looking to “heavily” feature the star as its crossover with TNA continues.

Another Hendry tease appeared during Raw, with the TNA man popping up during a commercial for NXT.

WWE has committed to teasing Hendry in short bursts, looking to capitalise on his uncanny knack for going viral.

Rhea Ripley Returns On WWE Raw

Elsewhere on the red brand, Rhea Ripley made a surprise return having seen enough of the celebrations between Dominik Mysterio and Liv Morgan. The pair had just beaten Rey Mysterio and Zelina Vega when Morgan decided to take the celebrations up a notch by pulling Dominik on top of her.

This was after she was shown stretching out the former North American Champion backstage earlier in the night.

As Morgan looked to land a lip lock on Mysterio, Ripley’s theme song hit and the Women’s World Champion escaped through the crowd, leaving her partner to face the music. The show went off the air with Mysterio doing his best to try and explain a very awkward situation.
